Natalya Lozovaya


Natalya is a sustainability management professional who works with private and public entities on social and environmental performance.

While with Synergy, Natalya has been involved in research on governance and sustainable development topics, and supply chain audits for the ITRI Tin Supply Chain Initiative. She has also worked on projects for clients that include the ICMM, UNDP, BG Group, De Beers, and Anglo American.

Natalya’s background includes NGO training and capacity building, social performance data collection and analysis, stakeholder facilitation, strategic management, supply chain sustainability, research, and project and financial management.

Before joining Synergy, Natalya completed projects in supply chain sustainability, including an analysis of the value chain traceability of tin, copper, and steel, as well as research on how modern firms can minimise risk around economic, environmental and social sustainability via supplier management.

She holds a BA in International Economics, French and Political Science from the University of Kentucky, and an MSc in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford. Natalya speaks English, Russian, and French and is based in our UK office in Oxford.
