Nkosie’s expertise lies in developing strategic and management processes that focus on the social impacts and performance of businesses, especially in the extractive industries in Africa.
He has extensive experience with resettlement projects and capacity building of community relations and social performance teams. He has particular experience in working on the ground and facilitating dialogue and mediating between stakeholders.
Nkosie comes alongside businesses and walks with them through periods of change – he has been successfully ‘integrated’ into operations management teams in sensitive areas and has assisted in ensuring the sustained effectiveness of new social management systems.
Nkosie previously worked for the African Institute of Corporate Citizenship (AICC) where he led the development of a southern African programme on building business and NGO partnerships. He has published papers and is based out of our Johannesburg office in South Africa.
