Langelihle is a passionate qualitative researcher with a focus on social development and wellness. Langelihle’s choice of sociology as an academic career was motivated by a desire to understand society and its functioning, in order to identify what is necessary for people to thrive..

As an advocate for development and wellness, Langelihle majored in Industrial Sociology for during her undergraduate training, gaining knowledge in labour law,  diversity and inclusion, communication, and development. She recognises the importance of these elements not just for employees, but for the communities where organisations operate.

Langelihle enjoys interacting with people, understanding their experiences, and amplifying their voices through her work. She finds qualitative research particularly rewarding as it provides in-depth understanding and insights that  can inspire solutions for the future.

Her interests lie in economic empowerment and sustained development and she is committed to using her skills to promote positive change. Langelihle’s dedication to social development and wellness makes her an invaluable asset to any project or organization.
