Her professional background combines early experience in the corporate sector with extensive work in international development and advisory assignments, giving her a strong understanding of organisational decision making and the practical realities of operating in complex social and institutional environments.

Sophie works closely with clients to help them understand and manage social risks, stakeholder dynamics and long term social performance challenges. Her work spans social assessments, evaluations and advisory support, and includes stakeholder analysis, consultation design and facilitation, and monitoring, evaluation and learning. She also supports clients in developing social performance strategies and roadmaps, helping translate analysis and stakeholder insights into coherent, long term approaches that are practical, context appropriate and aligned with international good practice.
