Marine is an agro-development and socio-economic specialist with over fifteen years of experience on the ground, coordinating and delivering projects for public institutions and private-sector clients. She is recognised for her practical expertise and her cultural sensitivity in resettlement planning and implementation support, and for delivering rigorous socio-economic baseline studies as well as implementing strategic stakeholder engagement processes in complex operating contexts.

Her work includes the implementation of Social and Environmental Management Plans (SEMP) and Resettlement Action Frameworks and Plans (RFP/RAPs), as well as support and training to project owners during implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
