Théo is a social impact assessment and management specialist with over twelve years of international experience supporting clients to identify, assess, and manage social risks and impacts. He is particularly experienced in the design, implementation, and monitoring of involuntary resettlement processes, in line with international standards.

He has worked across renewable energy, extractive industries, infrastructure and rural development projects, combining strong field experience with technical skills in stakeholder engagement, livelihood restoration, and social performance management. He also brings applied strengths in data and information management to support robust evidence-based analysis and decision-making.

Théo has supported projects across Africa, Europe and Latin America, including extensive experience across francophone Africa. He works fluently in French and English, and has working proficiency in Spanish. He is based in France and supports Synergy’s delivery across a wide portfolio of social performance and resettlement assignments and contributes to the development of applied geospatial and digital tools.
