Fluent in French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese, he is skilled in multilingual stakeholder engagement. His approach integrates technical, environmental, and social perspectives to achieve sustainable outcomes for communities and ecosystems.

Luka holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental & Natural Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Energy Transitions from Sciences Po Paris. Supported by a strong academic and research foundation, he has developed extensive knowledge of natural resource management and environmental economics, which underpins his work on sustainability, due diligence, and social performance initiatives.
