Pauline is a junior consultant with a background in governance structures, particularly around natural resources and food resilience and security. She plays a key role in supporting social performance efforts, contributing to the development of social and environmental impact assessments, analyses, investigations, audits, and data collection, while she is also proficient in stakeholder engagement, project management and QGIS mapping software.

Pauline is fluent in French, English, and Spanish, and gained valuable international experience at the Food and Agriculture Organization (UN) before joining Synergy.
