Thank you for sending us your CV in connection with possible vacancies at Synergy Global Consulting Ltd.
Any personal information you provide is held safely and confidentially. We will store all your electronic information on a secure server and never share any of your personal details with anybody outside the Company for mailing or marketing purposes.
Access to your personal data will be limited to those of our employees who are actively employed in the recruitment and selection process and who have been trained with regard to the need to store and process such data (both electronic and paper based) confidentially and securely.
When you are successful in your application to join Synergy Global Consulting Ltd, we will provide you with a separate statement in relation to how we will store and process your personal data throughout your stay with the Company.
In the event you are not successful, we will normally only retain your personal data for six months, after which time it will be destroyed by means of confidential shredding. In the event that you explicitly advise us you would like us to retain your details for consideration against possible future vacancies, we will securely retain your personal information for a maximum period of two years, after which time it will be destroyed by way of confidential shredding.
We may disclose your personal information if we are asked to do so by the police or any other regulatory authority investigating suspected illegal activities.
For certain types of roles, Synergy Global Consulting Ltd do work with specialist recruitment agencies. This may result in us processing certain personal data such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. such information will be held securely and processed confidentially as outlined above.
We will only work with recruitment agencies with whom we have written assurances in place with regard to their processing of candidate’s personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
