Synergy is an independent boutique consulting firm with a global footprint. We help industrial and development projects manage environmental, social and human rights risks in complex and high-risk environments.

We bring community perspectives into decision-making, helping organisations manage risk, improve performance and create positive social outcomes that endure long after projects are delivered.
Our Journey
Since our launch in 2000, much has changed. We’ve contributed to over 1,000 projects across 75 countries, opened offices in Europe and Africa, and partnered with a consultancy based in Senegal. Yet, even as our team and global reach have grown, our unwavering commitment to our mission remains as strong as ever.
